Terms & Conditions
Event Registration Terms and Conditions
By registering for our events, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Attendance and Cancellations
If you cannot attend, you must cancel before the event starts.
Go to: Bookings → Ticket → Scroll down → Cancel
This allows your spot to be offered to another participant.
Failure to cancel before the event will result in a strike.
• 3 strikes result in a 90 day suspension from bookings
If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your session start time, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
Multiple Registrations
You may register more than one person.
Each participant must be registered separately by completing the booking process for each participant.
This ensures fair access and prevents misuse of free registrations.

• Sessions are delivered as a shared group experience and cannot be tailored to individual preferences
If you do not consent to this, please do not register.

Parental Responsibility
By registering a participant under 16, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or have permission to register them.
Sign In and Supervision
Parents are not required to sign participants in at the event.
All participants will be checked in on arrival.
If a participant is registered as requiring collection by a parent or guardian, they will be issued a wristband at check-in.
• Participants wearing a wristband will only be released upon presentation of the matching booking QR code
• The booking QR code may be shared with another authorised adult for collection
• Wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be removed. Your Corps is not responsible for participants if wristbands are removed
Participants who are not issued a wristband are permitted to leave the event independently.
Collection Verification
If a participant requires collection and the matching booking QR code cannot be presented, event staff will contact the registered emergency contact to verify collection arrangements.
Collection will only be permitted once staff are satisfied that the person collecting the participant is authorised to do so.
If verification cannot be completed, the participant will remain under supervision and appropriate authorities may be contacted if required.
Health and Emergency Information
If a participant has any medical condition or health concern, including allergies or epilepsy, we strongly recommend that a parent or guardian provides relevant information and an emergency contact number.
If no emergency contact or relevant information is provided, organisers may be limited in their ability to respond appropriately in an emergency.

Please bring a water bottle and any snacks needed.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
